Imagine if EVERY investor joined class action suits against professional analysts for fraudulently passing misinformation, for conflict of interest and for being scumbags. I love it!! How about some disgorging of profits from IPOs . . . hyped to the moon? Like the Priceline IPO. . . and all those upgrades. . . saying the stock was worth far more than it was. . . when it lost virtually all of its value in a very short time. There are many hundreds of such stories. . . . And potentially tens of thousands of litigants. . . . makin' the lawyers rich and filling up civil court dockets. It would set things up to usher in Analyst Coverage Disclosure. Half-Million on a $130 stock that turned out to be just another penny stock. Ouch! Rande Is
