Jan 26/01 --- CeNeS (LSE: CEN - news) said Phase II clinical trials of its morphine alternative drug M6G showed positive results in post-operative pain management.

Parallel clinical trials are taking place to determine the medication's use to relieve pain in hip-replacement surgery. Shares in the biotech company improved 2.5p (4.5%) to 58.5p
