James, Your injury is much more severe than mine. I really understand what you have to deal with. I always joke that God must have been in a hurry when she did backs and knees. If I ever meet her, well I plan to complain -g- I respect your advice. I have great fear that these stories I have heard are not overstated. It seems that the back surgery is either a fix, or its not. And when its not, often it appears that things can actually be worse. I don't think I can entertain the prospect of worse. I am going to keep doing these exercises by this dood named McKenzie. If they work to the point where I can play golf at a reasonable level, then I will abandon the thoughts of surgery. Its just I'm getting worse and I can't pretend that I'm not. "Fake it till you make it" does not seem to apply to back injury. How did you get injured? HAGO TH
