The way most americans to vegetarian seems really scary. Many Indians (Asian that is) are vegetarian but will drink milk, eat cheese, yogurt etc. Try to do it slow - and develop a taste for Indian food! They know how to do vegetarian - I refuse to eat rabbit food (raw vegetables as salads) usually, but am still mostly vegetarian! But that is because my wife cooks very good Indian food! And since she hates my cooking and I'm good at doing dishes, it all works out <g> -A
