I knew the Athlon would be a good chip without talking to Scumbria. I've been on the AMD forums longer than most. OTOH, if I need to know something about chip design I'll ask Scumbria or a couple others... Don't make me go back and pull some of the old posts. And you had no doubts about the Athlon and AMD? Interesting. What does longevity have to do with anything? So what the heck does this have to do with politics???? It has nothing to do with politics but rather attitudes. BTW,You weren't named "Little Scumbria" because of chip design. <G> What a surprise. ted
