The power of Marc Andreessen's name. If I am LDCL, I do the offering, get the cash, don't worry about the aftermarket and try to execute my business plan. Most of the ASP's will implode; LDCL will probably be a survivor. Maybe they create some value in the long run. Getting the cash is critical.
