thank god i reduced some portion of my JTS holding early in the year...i wanted to buy it back at a lower price...had no confidence that this stock was going to hold in restrospect, i shud have sold my entire holdings...now i face a tough decision... what shud my buy level be?...i dont even think $1 is a gud level by the way, if we dont vote to readjust strike price of the options then we risk losing key people ... i think that was the reason for this proposal...imagine if you were one of the key engineers--you cud walk away and write this off and work for a competitor...unfortunately, we cud do the same as well...its tough to vote for this but we are now hostages which suggests that $3-4 level is far in the distant future...many people want to sell into future rallies... for better or worst, we are now family for awhile cheers
