Elmer, Obviously the important number (and the one I was referring to) is percentage growth. Clinton inherited a $290 billion annual deficit from Bush, which included over $200 billion in interest payments. Clinton did a fantastic job turning around the Reagan/Bush mess, and the fact that you don't recognize this reflects poorly on you. Scumbria
