no vote

Jerome,
Democrats(reactionaries) are good with "no votes" or targeted tax cuts that require accountants to fill out forms for the poor who by the way dont have accountants or computer programs to help them with those forms.
The democrats look pitiful with their class warfare rhetoric and the troubles of our "great" former president. What they should be doing is quoting Keynes not Hickenlooper. Part of the surplus should be refunded to every American taxpayer and their kids as a one time dividend and then the rate cuts(supply side) can follow. How about $200/head in a Treasury check next week? Now that would be a shot in the arm and weighted to the working middle class. Hell, I would even include folks who paid no income taxes but paid payroll taxes. They deserve something as well. See Jerome, I really am a liberal at heart. My former party has deserted me for a program of surplus, paying off the debt, questionalble moral and ethical policy and pandering to the extreme left wing. In this environment Bush is the safe choice and even his tax cut is preferable to the alternative. Mike
