Cummings: It figures you'd listen to Limbo. I listened to part of his show a couple of Mondays ago, after he got back from his golfing junket. Limbo had his engineer play an audio clip from Clinton's Harlem speech. You probably heard parts of the speech. It's where Clinton chats about flying into LaGuardia from London when he was a Rhodes Scholar, and walking through Harlem, etc. etc. Anyway, to make a long story short, Rush then declares there's something "fishy" about Clinton's story, and instructs some staffer to do some fact-checking. Seems that LaGuardia wasn't handling London flights back when Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar. One of the cable TV channels -- probably Fox -- reported the LaGuardia-Harlem inaccuracy the day after Clinton gave the speech, and several days before Rush "discovered" this. It's one thing for Rush to be a pompous ass. It's quite another thing for him to plagiarize what had already been reported, and try to make it sound as if he had "discovered" this. The guy's a phony, Cummings. Read some good books instead. Or go to the library and check out some old William F. Buckley "Firing Line" videos.
