I believe there is a legitamate philosophic difference. I agree with Bush that we should have less government and to return money to taxpayers - which belong to them in the first place.

But, why do we also have to subscribe to giving money back to the top 1%. First of all they don't need it. For most of them a healthier economy is much more important.

Second, giving money back to the top 1% does not help the economy whatsoever.

Instead, why not just halve the 46% (of $1.3T) in tax cuts for the top 1 % and use that to pay off the debt and go along with the rest of the proposed tax cuts?

Just a suggestion.
