flap: res- <<Read some good books instead.>>

My friends who know me in the 3D world would really laugh at that comment flap. I average a book a week and carry one with me practically wherever I go. My newest one is "The sayings of Shigeo Shingo".

But I'm no rocket scientist and never claimed to be one. I still have a lot to learn, and a lot of life to live in order to do so. I recognize I was hampered with a lousy inner city education. And have had to struggle to overcome some basic early learning deficiencies, such as writing well.

But when I'm driving or surfing on the web, talk radio is the next best thing. It's certainly more thought provoking then the boob tube. Where liberals (i.e. socialists of the Democratic party) dominate the airwaves.

You see, one of the main reasons radio is so dominated by conservative points of view, is because it's a two way medium. Where (similar to this bulletin board), Democratic socialist ideas can be shown for the hypocritical shallow principles contained within the party.

Listening twice to Rush, then being filled with such hateful emotions, is typical of a lot of Democrats. They've never actually had to debate their 4.7 second sound bites at any length, so when they hear their ideas challenged, it frustrates and angers them.

I've never seen as much hatred expressed toward any one individual then I've seen Democrats express toward Rush. And the amazing this is, they are so sheep like in their thinking, most have never even heard him beyond a few sound bites.

Rush Limbaugh (practically) invented an entire industry, providing hundreds of thousands of new jobs across the country by challenging the assumptions that political talk radio couldn't work.

The fact that freedom of speech has worked so well, created such fear inside the Democratic party they actually tried to pass a bill to silence him. It was dubbed the "Hush Rush Bill", and if it wasn't for hundreds of thousands of people calling congress to demand its recall, it may have passed the Democratically controlled Congress and Senate during Clinton's first term.

Freedom of speech really frightens most liberal Democrats.
