I would buy the most oversold--The CSCO's, NT's and the like. Definately fiber/networkers are the most oversold. The difference this time around is that we are in a major bear market, with comparisons only to 1974 and 1930-32, or the Nikkei. So normal corrective markets like 1990 and even 1987 are not holding up. Again we may see 80% decline in NASDAQ at the end---but the evidence is not in yet--so i would not miss these pivot points for trades--long or short.
