What do you want to bet DISH has just wrapped up a deal to get the financing they needed and/or a new partner and/or NEWS has decided to provide the loan that is the subject of the litigation with DISH? This price move is nice but I'm mad at myself for buying some at 13 and getting cold feet the next day and selling.... Still holding some but not as much as I should be. good luck all and F*&!
