Sy, did you ever receive a written response from IR...How about a registered and certified letter to them?

Also, do you or does anyone here (is anyone here?) know exactly what due diligence has to be conducted and turned over to each merging company?

Did ML and/or MSDW hold shares in either stock AT ANY TIME from the time they were solicited to handle the merger, until the merger was completed...and were they short shares?
