, but also because of oenerous tax burdens.

Interesting concept but I think it falls short of reality. I have been in numerous third work countries, (Rep. of the Congo, Zaire, Zimbawe, Zambia, Etheopia, Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia) and these countries have almost no taxes and in some cases absolutely no taxes (That are collectible).

But the citizens of those countries all want to live in America so they can pay some oenerous taxes. Are they all sick?I have some millionaire friends that are always bitchin' about taxes, and when I give them a list of countries where they can live tax free. ( Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Afganistan and a few other places I had not thought about) they become indignant.

What they want is the American lifestyle all the 911 services without having to pay for it. To that I would say, take a long walk on a short pier.
