ISLD to issue an additional 100 million shares: "In January 2001, the Board of Directors authorized.....subject to Shareholder approval, to increase the authorized number of shares of Common Stock to 200 million shares." That is Proposal #2 which will come up for a vote at the shareholders meeting on April 3rd. Call me crazy but I don't think now is a real good time to be adding 100 million shares for a 3 buck stock. This Proposal was included in the Company's Annual Report which I received in the mail today.
