The highest speed is 307kbps. Of course just like HDR, the more users, the slower the speed. So the load of networks will determine the average speed you get.

You know one thing in contrast between WCDMA and CDMA2000(both 1x and 1xev) is that CDMA usually have the working system first then standardize it. That can really speed things up.
