Top...whether or not there was a settlement is immaterial to a share holder class action suit. I'd assume the settlement for tsig would be for Affinity to forgive debts and provide stop gap funding to tsig to persuade tsig not to take any legal action, which tsig couldn't afford to do any way. This settelement is just the tidying up after the parties you had in high school, where your "friends" trashed the place, while your parents were away.....before your parents came back home from the week they spent at your grandparents in Florida.......
