Go2Pepper regarding "Wouldn't Morgan Stanley (advisor to Infospace re: merger) and Merrill Lynch PFS (advisor to Go2Net re: merger) have the responsibility to have uncovered any alleged irregularities prior to merger?"..........

I have researched this question out for you a bit......the answer is no but of course they have to show that they attempted which should be quite easy and if any allegations did prove to be true well they they sure better be able to show their due diligence and be able to prove that they didn't know about it.......that goes for the others as well......and if they or anyone did know about any irregularities then or now it is their responsibility to report them.......this includes those still working with the company and those who have left .......
