Well, they're certainly in progress.

There are many of cooks in the kitchen.

I only follow TSG RAN WG1 and WG2.

I would be hard pressed to describe R4 and R5 releases as being well defined.

They're still in the process of deciding, by consensus, what technology components may be considered for inclusion, prior to providing Working Groups and Ad Hocs specific assignments... And they're in the process of defining the roadmap - the process - that will structure their deliberations.

And there are many of cooks in the kitchen.
