I'd assume the settlement for tsig would be for
Affinity to forgive debts and provide stop gap funding
to tsig to persuade tsig not to take any legal action,
which tsig couldn't afford to do any way.


This is TIGI lol. Most likely it goes like this even though I think Affinity is BS company to begin with but here goes. Affinty will get shares in return for any money they put into TIGI kinda like a floorless . Plus Affinity would be able to takeover TIGI lease on the office space along with any call center equipment TIGI may of had . TIGI had a negitive book value so they could of not have had much anyway..
