Usually I take a lot of breaks. But since I went primarily to flat screens about 6 or 8 months ago I've noticed that eyestrain isn't as bad as it had been.

The only monitor I use now other than flat screens is an old RasterOps 20 inch, and no longer use that as actively as in past years.

These flat panels are all Dell, except for one. I believe they are manufactured by Philips.

Yep, says Philips on them.
