Glenn, companies like IBM, EDS, CSC have made $billions by being an out-source alternative.
On-line retailing is a pain in the ass to most conventional large B&M retailers, so why not get rid of the headache to Amazon.com?

Don't kid yourself that IBM only does the processing for only one major retailer.
IBM does the processing for a bunch of large retailers who hate each other!
So, if you think Wal-Mart wouldn't cut a deal with Amzn because of the Toys R Us deal, your dead wrong.
