Hi Carolyn,sandintoes & all - hypothetically, if NJ has any concern for the shareholder, how should he proceed, with regard to GNET [SI being a proxy] in particular and INSP in general. I guess this is really academic, but maybe it is worthy of exploration. best, Bosco
