Bosco...are you a "Lifetime Member of SI" and are you an INSP shareholder....Many of us on this particular board are both. AND are definitely feeling the pain of being both!!! The prime job of a CEO is to maximize shareholder value in the company. The CEO sets the ethics of the operations in finance, vision, strategy, and execution of the company operations within the bounds of prudent financial management, business ethics, and his responsibilities to stakeholders (including shareholders, employees, creditors, etc.)
