I agree Pat, a lawsuit would be a lose-lose deal. I could seem NT and JDSU mgt. arriving at some kind of mutually acceptable adjustment.

also, I'm a little skeptical about buying LU's fiber division as my sense is that there's plenty of fiber in the ground. The real growth areas are the bottleneck where electronic data coming out of corporate and local networks is trying to get onto the fiber backbone. I'd appreciate your comments.
