LCTO might merit a look. The company has filed the preliminary prospectus for the merger of El Sito with Ibero-American Media Partners. Ibero-American is a joint venture of Hicks Muse and the Cisneros Group. The resulting company is going to be named Claxon Interactive Group. A Form 425, which summarizes the salient points of the transaction, has been filed and can be found at:
