Maybe I trade differently than you do, or I may trade different stocks. What recourse have YOU taken with TRAC to solve these minor annoyances that I don't experience? Have you ever sent them a "Tell Track"? Have you ever notified one of the live assistants or brokers on any of the 20 public or private live chat channels? Have you ever called them on the phone? Have you ever E-mailed them your feedback? Sorry if these questions bother you, it's just that I find that your complaints ring hollow after your years of experience with TRAC. IC
