In addition to the last posting: Also when I tried to access word and excel the main screen opened with a message, 'this program needs to be installed to run' then the program closed down. All office programs the same. Had to reinsall Office. Have not found any other problems, after reinstalling Office this now is the only entry in uninstall. (several entries, word excel, access etc)
