How do you know the bottom's near?

• You want to sell some of your stocks, but you can't because the commission would cost more than the shares are now worth for a round lot of 100.

• You want to buy some more shares of your stocks that are down and out, but the commission costs more than the shares are worth for a round lot of 100.

• You start boasting about how much money you've lost this year, rather than made.

• Instead of tuning into one of the financial networks to see how the market is doing, you much prefer to watch Toy Story 2, Chicken Run or Pet Detective. In fact, you can't wait to see anything from Disney.

• Your spouse offers support like "hey, at least we have each other".
