to pardon a Billionaire fugitive whose ex-wife has given money to his pet projects,
either now or any time in the future.

I believe that the Israeli influence pushed that pardon along. At any rate its turned into a real night mare for the recipient. Serves the bast*rd right. He was on cruise control until he got that pardon. Now if he shows up in this country he can cruise right into prison, where he belongs.

The presidential pardon thing has been around (and causing controversy) for a long time. Was it Reagan that had to pardon Casper Wineberger for lying under oath to a congressional committee? (Iran-Contra?)
