I have some people that are ticked off at me for saying anything in public because the information was not meant for public consumption at this time.

I am not going to discuss the contents of the document(s). You will have to ask Info Space for that information.

We can leave it with YOUR interpretation that no communique between you and Anthony@Pacific would raise any eyebrows. It will remain to be seen if this is an interpretation that will be held by others when the alleged communique is made public.

However, you can facilitate the process by stating whether ALL of your private messages made as an agent of Silicon Investor are available for access by Info Space or to any one using subpoena power.
