Further to the news in Stockwatch, June 4 1997, the company has corrected the background information on its directors:
Mr Turner is a director of Beatrice Foods Inc, The Dominion of Canada GeneralInsurance Company, The Loewen Group Inc, Purolator Courier Ltd and Noranda Forest Inc.
Mr Edward A. Lai is chairman, president, CEO and director of IBI Corp.
The following was stated incorrectly in the previous news release:
The Right Honourable John N. Turner, former prime minister of Canada and
partner of Miller Thomson Barristers and Solicitors. Mr Turner is a director of Noranda Inc, Sun Life Assurance Co, Purolator, Empire Life, and Beatrice Foods. He will act as chairman of the advisory committee.
