Ray, Well, I happen to have a great partner, and I'm also good with my hands. I guess a basic problem with just about any monopoly is the lack of competition leads to lax customer service and outright arrogance. Take it or leave it attitude. Well, I'll soon find out if processing power is slowing things down on the streaming video. This box is an antique Pentium 233. But I'm just about ready to upgrade to a new 1.1G Athlon to match my other box on the net. How do I improve the buffering? Jack
