calculate current pe at price 20, then compare that lowered PE to 5 yr growth rate of 44%. I had to dust of my old spread sheet again, since the market is taking into consideration Fundies again. I have no idea what Mr. Market will settle on or if it will even care as what is acceptable once the dust settles. Will it be one to one as it once was, or will the market accept some premium like 1.5 and 2 for the ones that are special as I feel SEBL is. The key to valuation is how will the growth rate going forward compared to the how the market is pricing the stock or the market now? Does it show that stock is being priced too low given the protected growth rate, is it priced higher then it's peers, is it priced higher then the market? Its future project 5 year growth coming down? You see, when you buy a company you are looking for anomalies that others don't see yet, be it fundamental or chart wise. That's what I'm up looking for anomalies or inefficient pricing.
