I do not know if big MO has ever done "symbolic" stock split such as 3 for 2. It has over 2.2 billion shares outstanding and is widely held by many institutions and individual investors. So, it tends to let stock price run into triple digits before split. The last two splits were 4 for 1 and 3 for 1, respectively. My observation is that the companies in DJIA generally will not split their shares until they reach triple digits.
