Eric Johnsa. You need not defend Eric L. He can defend himself. I like your line:

"When it comes to the wireless industry, it seems to me that there are lies, damn lies, and PowerPoint slides."

No one has refuted either this slide or its predicessor:
qualcomm.com

In the many months since it came out. The reason is that they simply can't. Ericsson may eventually have something here -- unfortunately, it may well be too little to late. And without TI's DSP technology, I doubt that they could ever make it work, even if their concept was correct.

In 3 years they will be subbing out their base stations to the Japanese, who will likely build thm using QCOM ASICS.

Sweeds have a great love for things they are good at and a great distain for things they don't understand. Then they choke on that which they love and are done in by that which they distain. They need to recognize their own failings before they seek to conquer the world -- even the meat ball world

THE FREIGHT TRAIN IS MOVING AND ERICSSON IS NOT ON IT.
