here's something for you. Had dinner last nite with a doctor and his wife (she has a phd and an MBA)..... On the way home we realized we were invited for a market rap.... I gave it my best shot... covering market valuations, debt pyramids, fed printing, consumer debt, japan, europe, and Jay Chen..... utter blankness. a refusal to comprehend or even entertain that something might be wrong, an unwillingness even to call and find out just what might be the make up of their money market funds. it was a surreal, one sided conversation with few questions, except one in particular. the doctor was having trouble finding out anything on the web about the M3 money supply even after repeated searches. I have decided, that will be my last conversation about stocks, markets, and/or money with anyone I know until well after the bottom has been established. J
