Joe,

Emerge from your Rush Limbaugh fog for a minute, and look at the facts.

The deficit was cut in half after the first two Clinton budgets, with a Democratic Congress. The other 50% was accomplished with Clinton and a Republican Congress.

The common factor is Clinton, not the Congress.

Proof of that is coming this year, with a Republican duo about to throw us back into the red.
