Weak pop...but tradeable. Greenspan....greenei will lower rates because he cannot afford any further deterioration in consummer confidence. The expected, in fact, demanded cut is .50%...my impression is that .50% is in jeopardy and .25% is more likley, that will cause a further bear run, which may result in the "capitulation" that everyone is waiting for.

Capitulation definition

The point where the investor finally sells stocks at their lowest possible price to the group calling for Capitulation. That group is instititutions/dealer brokers who will then call the bottom and sell you back your "capitulated shares" at a premium.
