OT- <<...health care...is in total disarray at the present time.>> I have read of some enthusiasm for pharmaceuticals as an investment in light of discussions about a Federal subsidy for prescriptions for the elderly that will increase access. Price controls and caps on profits will follow subsidies as surely as Spring follows Winter. (Flying to DC tomorrow and it looks like Spring isn't following close enough)
