On June 4, Carl Smith said:<We look forward to now finalizing our registration statement and immediately making application for NASDAQ small cap listing> I went to nasdaq.com.sec to review listing requiriments. In a nutshell:
Tangible Assets: $4 mil in Net Tangible Assets, or $750,000 in Net
Income in 2 of the last 3 years, or Market Cap of
at least $50 mil.
Public Float(shares): 1,000,000
Market Value of Public Float: $5,000,000
Bid Price (min): $4.00
No. Market Makers: 3
No. Shareholders (min): 300
Operating History (years): 1 or, market cap of $50,000,000 if
operating history is less than 1 year

I think WT or someone else posted this info a short time ago, but it seemed appropriate to look at it again.

Question: How we gonna get to $4.00 bid? Answer: We either have one
hell of a lot of demand for CLYC shares to drive the price up,or perhaps we're looking at a reverse split (1 for 4).
Question: Where are we on the other requirements?
Question: How long does the application process take if you otherwise
meet all of the listing requirements?
