I see our nation's growing energy woes as being a potential drag to the economy throughout this decade. Not only does the economic transformation which all of us are banking on significantly increase energy demand, but so does our relentlessly growing population.

I see no satisfactory solution until fuel cells become economically viable around 2010. Thus, our energy situation will drag on the stock market (how much remains to be seen) until then.
