Eric. I remain un impressed with the tack of your efforts to promote scepticism and disbelief. Clearly certain of the charts may have involved a degree of computer sumulation because they present projections for technology not yet developed. I say, better simulations than nothing at all. You argue against comparing peak data rates when you surely must know that there is no other possible standard of comparison at this point.

You demean QCOM's credibility when you know that it is QCOM that has delivered on their CEMA promises. Look at NOK who still hasn't delivered a high vuality CDMA product and who is 18 months behind in their GPRS development and wants another 6 months.

You cast vague acqusations hinting at your superior knowledge without identifying specifics:

"There was a lot of great stuff in the slides and presentations made last week, and there was also some questionable stuff, hype, sleight of hand, hocus pocus, and the normal bashing of any technology that was not created in San Diego."

I think you are capable of developing a more reasoned aet of objections, but I can usnerstand your unwillingness to do so. After all this is the NOK thread, where exageration is the order of the day.
