Don't confuse the NASDAQ bubble with a stock market bubble.

The S&P 500 and DOW didn't participate in the bubble to the same degree as the NASDAQ did.

The S&P 500 chart doesn't look anything like the Nikkei circa 1990 or the DJIA circa 1930.

In 1974 we had high interest rates, high inflation, and high labor costs .... bad for business, bad for lending, but great for borrowing and great to invest in real estate. So that explains 1974.

The great 1973 - 1974 correction lasted 18 months. We are in month 12 of this one. So maybe there's time for one more dive down. That's about it.

Regards,
Chris
