To All: I found a little information in the recently filed S-3 that might explain the recent price drop. There are actually two new documents. The first is the S-3, and the second is the 10QSB/A. Near the end of the S-3 is a letter to Larry Montgomery stating that the NIGC has declared null and void the Memorandum Of Understanding reached earlier in the year. It's a little late now, but at least I have a pretty good idea why we are down. What this means for the future, I don't know, but it is certainly a concern. sec.gov sec.gov Craig
