Higgins are in the process of filing a lawsuit against you, not only to stop the defamatory statements, but to seek money damages against you and the people acting in concert with you. I would suggest that you immediately cease placing postings on the internet regarding Spectrum Oil Corporation and/or Sam J. Higgins, as you are only making the amount of damages that will be sought against you increase.
