You would think that in a modern civilized world the need for huge defense departments would be shrinking. It is everywhere in the world but the US. Our defense department is larger than our four largest allies and competitors combined. Actually, you can't even find four threats. But the new administration is bent on finding and creating more enemies and flexing some bully muscle
