Dear Pat: I agree, catherizations often bring on their own set of problems. Doesnt look good to me, at the very least I bet Cheney is going to have to lead a very limited active life. Now what? What happens if the VP is unable to fulfill his duties? Does the President appoint a new one to serve out the term?? JDN
